Scanner Drivers! Aargh!

I've got this all in one scanner/printer/fax machine. All the software and drivers for it install properly... except for the scanner drivers. I'm at the end of my rope, I can't figure out how to get them to install! I just keep getting an "Unknown Error has occured!" Bah! It's not useful at all!

So, yeah. If you're wondering why I've not made good on my previous entry, you now know why.
